* These award categories are new, representing our commitment to celebrating the many ways carriers are hauling more and growing their business with Uber Freight. 

Selection for awards was based on quantitative performance data, including factors related to customer service and digital adoption. Criteria included fleet size, private fleet capacity, value added across a portfolio, volume, miles hauled, Powerloop volume haul, EV usage, Uber Freight Card spend and transaction volume, primary tender acceptance, real-time visibility based on check-call compliance, commercial and operational relationships, and ease of doing business.

Introducing the Community’s Choice Award

This year, we launched a new award to celebrate even more of the carrier community: the Community’s Choice Award. This honor gave the power to members of the public to vote and recognize one outstanding carrier.

We’re thrilled to announce that Diamond Plus Transportation Inc. is the inaugural winner, earning the most votes from fellow carriers. Their performance, partnership, and community spirit truly stood out.
