How does Uber Freight pay?

Uber Freight pays carriers with ACH direct deposit or through their factoring company. You can set your preference before booking your first load with Uber Freight.

When is payment made?

We pay carriers within 7 days after successfully submitting an acceptable proof of delivery.

What does Uber Freight pay for accessorials for loads booked on our app?

Here’s our list of accessorials:

1 These accessorial rates only apply to loads booked on the Uber Freight app. We can only guarantee these rates if the app was running throughout the load. All accessorial requests and receipts must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and supported by a signed BOL with “in” and “out” times. These rates are subject to verification and change at our discretion.

2 Detention payment starts 2 hours after the scheduled appointment time and is capped at 4 hours of paid detention.

3 Deadhead miles paid up to 125 miles.

These accessorial rates only apply if the load was booked on our app and the app was running throughout the load. The rates are subject to verification and change at our discretion.

How can I access fleet mode in my account?

Download the Uber Freight app from the App or Play Store. Once we activate your Uber Freight account, you will automatically enjoy the fleet mode functionality within the app and be able to send loads to your drivers and monitor their schedule.
