Your feedback is what makes Uber Freight better each day. We rely on you to help us improve the product whether through feature requests or issues with the app.
Recently we received a number of complaints about inaccurate mileage in the Uber Freight app. We’ve looked into this issue and have found the same inaccuracies. We’ve also identified the root cause, and a fix will be rolling out gradually over the next week.
You can rest assured that this issue is just in how we display mileage in the app, and it does not affect payment. As always, what you see in the app is what you will get paid.
