Deliver 2025: A look into the future of freight

We’re gearing up to welcome supply chain and logistics professionals to Deliver 2025 next week.

From September 15 to 17, we’ll gather at Omni Amelia Island Resort and Spa in Fernandina Beach, Florida, for a mix of mainstage sessions, workshops, demos, and networking opportunities, designed to explore where the freight industry is headed and how companies can prepare.

Our team at Uber Freight is connecting every mile of the supply chain—combining intelligence, execution, and trusted partnership to help shippers and carriers thrive in an unpredictable world.  Each year at Deliver, we showcase this by offering attendees the opportunity to learn from industry experts, gain insights into Uber Freight’s latest products and initiatives, and connect with peers to share experiences and ideas.

What to expect

Day one: Activities and networking

Deliver kicks off on Monday, September 15, with opportunities to connect with other attendees and enjoy the beautiful backdrop of Fernandina Beach:

  • Yoga on the beach
  • EcoBike and walking tour
  • Pickleball tournament
  • Golf tournament (lunch included).

After the activities wrap, the day will end with the official welcome reception and dinner.

Community and partnerships with purpose

Through a continued partnership with Feeding America, the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization, attendees can take part in a meal-packing experience on Monday, September 15. In 2024, the Feeding America food bank network provided 5.9 billion meals to neighbors facing hunger.

Last year at Deliver, we packed over 1,400 meals, and this year, we aim to break that record! By joining our Feeding America food packing experience, you’ll have the opportunity to provide food for families in need. For every meal packed, Uber Freight will donate $35, up to a total of $50,000.

And if you plan on joining our annual Golf Classic Scramble, you’ll have several opportunities to donate to Feeding America through games and challenges.

Day two: Mainstage and breakout sessions

The second day of Deliver starts with breakfast and the Deliver Expo. Then, you’ll hear from Uber Freight leaders on how we’re working to deliver measurable outcomes that move your business forward. We’ll explore what sets us apart, from our team of experts to our technology, and how true partnerships help supply chains run more smoothly, efficiently, and reliably.

This year’s guest keynote speakers are Coach John Calipari, Head Men’s Basketball Coach at the University of Arkansas, and Brian Beaulieu, Consulting Principal and Chief Economist at ITR Economics.

Aside from our mainstage, we’ll also have breakout sessions and panel discussions. These are designed to create more meaningful, hands-on educational opportunities, and where some of the most impactful and inspiring conversations take place.

Session topics will highlight what is top of mind for business and industry professionals today, including:

  • Fraud in the crosshairs: A shipper and platform playbook for prevention: Freight fraud is no longer a distant threat; it’s a sophisticated, pervasive, and costly reality. With reported incidents and financial losses climbing year-over-year, a reactive stance is not enough. The most resilient supply chains are built on a foundation of proactive, multi-layered strategies that unite technology, operations, and strategic partnerships.

  • Rail, bulk, and transloading unleashed: Unlocking competitive advantage for shippers. Discover and discuss the latest strategies, best practices, & technology innovations related to the areas of rail, bulk, and transloading. This session will explore how shippers are leveraging multimodal solutions to streamline operations, reduce network costs, and boost reliability. Join experts as they unpack real-world experiences & discuss specific actions to help your organization stay ahead in the ever-evolving freight landscape.

  • Navigating disruptions: Modern supply chain strategies for manufacturers: Today’s supply chain landscape is more complex than ever for manufacturers. Join this session to understand current global and regional trends reshaping supply chains, including the impact of tariffs, geopolitical dynamics, and rapid tech shifts. Explore best practices from manufacturing leaders tackling these challenges – including how smart inbound transportation, supplier collaboration, and real-time visibility can boost manufacturing efficiency.

  • Unleashing your potential in the era of logistics AI: You’ve invested in AI capabilities for your logistics operations. What’s next? In Uber Freight’s signature AI workshop, you’ll walk through a day in the life of a supply chain manager, assisted with AI-powered insights and AI agents. Uber Freight leaders will also share real-world applications, real-time insights, and real-life savings opportunities that the world’s largest shippers are harnessing with AI and their AI-equipped teams to drive meaningful impact across their supply chains today.
